Cancellation policy

Life happens. Sometimes things come up and you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Here's the rules if you need to cancel or reschedule:

A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment.

The cutoff date to change or modify a booking is 10 days prior to the original booking date.

Cancellations made prior to the cutoff date will be fully refunded, minus processing fees.

Any reschedule or cancellation made after this time is subject to a $75 change fee.

Shooting venue is to be determined by Danielle Leong Photography and communicated as part of the scheduling process.

Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the mutually agreed upon appointment will result in forfeit of the down payment. No late modification fee will be incurred.
